Q: I like your products. How can I get some samples from you?

A: Thank you very much for your interest. We can prepare a reference sample Free of Charge for you.
However, we would like you to participate in this evaluation too. Therefore, we would like to ask you to pay for

the shipping and the handling charge. In case, if you need a wide range of samples, we might charge you

an additional small fee for the extra samples.

Q: You have a wide range of products. Can I mix and match to reduce the MOQ to start with a trial production?

A: Yes, we are more than happy to work with you, therefore please kindly contact our Sales Representative

Q: Can I print my own logo?

A: Yes, we prefer you to print your own logo. We feel that the product sells the best under your own Brand name.

Q: Can I get my own packaging design?

A: Yes, we prefer you to design your own packaging too. We have ready dielines for you to design the artworks.

Q: Can I change the color of the product?

A: Yes, we are able to do customized color of our product to match your requirement. However, we will need

a higher price or MOQ to do this. Please discuss with our Sale Representative for more details.

Q: Can I change the Light Color or Light sequence?

A: Yes, we design all our products and therefore we can help you customize the product to create the uniqueness

to match your brand.

Q: Can I design my own shape?

A: We can assist you in creating your own unique products. We have work with many different customers to create

their own shape using our core technology. We have many experiences in developing for Licensed Characters,

such as Hello Kitty, Disney Characters and Sesames Street Characters, etc.

Q: How long will it take to produce my own design?

A: Depending on the complexity of the shape design. We can work with you to make samples, verify, and get ready for

production in less than 4~6 weeks time. Please get a quotation on the development cost from our Sales Representative.

Q: Why do I see the same design at other suppliers on Alibaba?

A: We take pride in our design Originality. Therefore, if you see the same shape products at other websites,

please kindly let us know and we will inform Alibaba accordingly.

Q: Are the products tested to meet safety standards?

A: We sent all our products to third party test labs for product certification. Please kindly ask our Sales Representative

for a copy of the latest test report.

Q: How do I make sure that the products are produced in good condition?

A: We have a well established Quality Control system. We welcome you to visit our facility for a factory tour.

Also, we work closely with 3rd party production inspection company that you can send to inspect your products
prior to shipping.

Q: How do you work with defective products?

A: We have a very good QC system and we rarely get any complains or claims. However, should there be any

defective issues, please kindly contact us immediately and we will work out a solution for you right away.
